We offer the availability of credit/debit card and e-check payments for payment of real estate and personal property taxes. In cooperation with the City of Oak Creek, Gov Tech Services offers individuals and businesses the opportunity to pay property tax by way of credit / debit card or e-check by telephone or online. This service is safe, reliable, and in accordance with all state and government regulations. In order to process your payment, Gov Tech Services, the service provider, charges a convenience fee based on the type or amount of the transaction. The fee for credit or debit card transactions is 2.58% plus a $1.50 transaction fee. The fee for e-check is $2.00 per transaction.

Credit/debit card and e-check payments can be made by telephone or online. We cannot accept credit/debit card or e-check payments in person.

To pay by telephone call toll-free 1-844-556-6271, or to pay online, go to Gov Tech Services’ website. You will be asked to enter information such as: total of your payment, 10 digit parcel number and credit / debit card or checking account information. Please have your tax bill and credit / debit card or checking account information available.

The system will tell you the total of your payment, including the appropriate fee; obtain approval of the charge and issue an onscreen confirmation number and a printable digital receipt. Confirmation is emailed to users who request it. The charge will also appear on your credit card or bank statement: the tax amount will appear on one line and the convenience fee amount on a separate line.

Payment Date Information

Your payment will be posted in our system once we receive the payment from the third party processor. The payment will display the date that you actually made the payment online or by phone, not the date we receive the payment.
