Accredited AgencyThe Oak Creek Fire Department was recognized as an accredited agency by the Commission of Fire Accreditation International (CFAI) in July of 2017.

To achieve accredited agency status, the department demonstrated compliance in over 250 specific areas of performance.  These areas of performance include functions such as:

  • Planning
  • Goals and Objectives
  • Operations
  • Department Programs
  • Support Services
  • External Relationships

Although we are proud of this accomplishment, we understand that accreditation is ultimately an ongoing process that support's the Oak Creek Fire Department's mission to continuously improve the service it provides to the citizens, businesses and visitors of the City of Oak Creek.
