NOTICE: City Buildings & Services Affected by COVID-19

A phased reopening of Oak Creek's municipal buildings has begun.  City Hall, the Police Station, the Public Works building, and Water & Sewer Utility HQ reopened on June 2. More details here.

As of July 6, the Oak Creek Public Library is open for limited Take Out Service in addition to Curbside Pick Up. More details here.

The Plan Commission is the second most active group in City Government behind the Common Council. Its planning duties and responsibilities and the authority to perform them are contained in Chapter 62.23 of the Wisconsin Statutes. It is responsible for reviewing and making recommendations to the Common Council and all rezoning, conditional use permits, and land division. The Commission is provided with staff support through the Department of Community Development.
