Phone Service and Expanded Curbside Pick Up Service

Post Date:06/01/2020 9:30 AM

Oak Creek Public Library will offer phone service via 414 766-7900 as well as expanded Curbside Pick Up service starting June 1, 2020. These services are offered Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Curbside Pick Up

Fill out the online request form here or call 414 766-7900 to talk to a staff member. Please note that only items owned by Oak Creek Public Library are eligible for Curbside Pick Up at this time. Requests are limited to 10 items per pick up, per day. After 5 business days, items selected for Curbside that have not been picked up will be checked in and re-shelved.

Once we process your request, we will contact you to let you know that your items are ready for pick up. Pick-ups no longer need to be scheduled in advance! After staff notify you that your request has been fulfilled, simply come to the library during regular Curbside hours. Last pick-up time is 10 minutes before close each day. Please park in one of the two designated spots in the Civic Center’s parking lot (near the south entrance) and call the number listed on the sign. A staff member will bring out your items and leave them on the Curbside Pick Up sign. Remain in your vehicle until the staff member is returning to the building.

We also offer expanded Curbside Pick Up services, including requests for tax forms, Take & Make crafts, issues of BookPage, and 3D Prints!

Tax Forms

Use the Curbside Pick Up Request Form to request specific tax forms. Simply let us know which form(s) to print. We will print up to 10 pages at no cost. After the first 10 pages, we will add a charge of $0.15 per additional page to your library card. At this time, we can only print tax forms, not instruction booklets. You can access Wisconsin State forms here and Federal forms here.

Take & Make Crafts

Use the Curbside Pick Up Request Form to request crafts for adults or children, while supplies last.

Book Page

Use the Curbside Pick Up Request Form to request a free copy of the latest issue of BookPage, while supplies last.

3D Prints

Visit this page to look through our 3D Printing Library and fill out the 3D Printing Online Request Form. After you submit the form, a staff member will contact you with further information on picking up the completed print job during regular Curbside hours. Please note:
