7/29/19 Update - South 13th Street (County Highway "V") & Ryan Road (State Highway "100") Reconstruction
Construction on Ryan Road will begin this week. A traffic switch will occur towards the end of the week, August 2nd, to allow construction crews to reconstruct the median. The temporary traffic signals are active while the existing traffic signals are being removed and the road construction is underway. Due to the delayed start, construction crews will be focusing on the area between I94 and 13th Street before moving to the East of 13th Street.
Construction on 13th Street is continuing at a solid pace. The East side of the roadway has been cut to grade. You will see storm sewer being installed over the next couple of weeks. Crews will be placing stone for the base of the roadway after the storm sewer is installed.
The East half of the bridge on 13th Street over Oak Creek has been demolished. Crews are making repairs to the existing concrete foundations before pouring a new concrete deck.
