Welcome to the City of Oak Creek Clerk page. The City Clerk’s Office is dedicated to represent democracy by ensuring the integrity of open government and the election process by enhancing open, fair, impartial and trusted government. The City Clerk’s Office maintains all records, legal documents, official files and legislative action of the City.
Banners will be displayed from Memorial Day until Labor Day. Banners will be presented to honorees by the Mayor at the Veterans Day Remembrance Ceremony.
Individuals, organizations or agencies using City parkland or street right-of-way for public events must receive approval from the City. Additional policies, procedures or ordinances may also apply.
Completed Applications must be returned to the Clerk's Office.

For Open Records Requests, please make a request of the City Clerk between 7:30am - 4:00pm, except designated City holidays. Should you choose, you may complete the form below and submit to the City Clerk’s office by mail, email or in person. All requests will be processed as soon as practicable and without delay. Contact the OCPD for police record requests.
