There is a $10.00 Administrative fee per child/per visit. The fee is waived for BadgerCare or Medicaid recipients.

Influenza Vaccine

CHILDHOOD INFLUENZA (FLU) VACCINE is available during the regular immunizations clinics: First Wednesday 2:00 – 5:00 PM and Third Thursday 9:00-11:00 AM. There is $10 administration fee per child for residents or students who attend the Oak Creek/Franklin School District and $15 for non-residents. If the child is currently covered by BadgerCare+ or Medicaid, please present their current Forward Card to have the fee waived.

Flu Mist (live intranasal) vaccine is available to healthy children that do not have certain health condition and while supplies last.

Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. A copy of your child’s immunization record is required prior to the clinic visit.

Pneumonia Vaccine

PNEUMONIA VACCINE will continue be available at a cost of $65. We also accept Medicare Part B and United Healthcare Medicare Plans. We follow the Center for Disease Control and Prevention guidelines to receive one pneumonia vaccine after the age of 65.
