South Pennsylvania Avenue in Oak Creek is Finished and Open For Traffic.

The reconstruction of Pennsylvania Avenue from Rawson to College Avenues has recently been completed and is now open to traffic.  This project was a complete reconstruction of the two-lane rural section roadway to a four-lane urban street; complete with 6’-wide sidewalk, on-street bicycle lanes, storm water management, street lighting and curbs.  This was a shared project with the City of South Milwaukee, funded in large part by the Surface Transportation Project program through the Wisconsin Department of Transportation.
