PROCEEDINGS, SPECIAL JOINT COMMON COUNCIL MEETING

MONDAY, JANUARY 30, 2012, 7:00 P.M.

CITY OF OAK CREEK
MILWAUKEE COUNTY

This meeting was held at the Oak Creek High School.

  1. Mayor Foeckler called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.  On roll call, the following alderpersons were present:  Ald. Jakubczyk, Ald. Bukiewicz, Ald. Scaffidi, Ald. Toman, Ald. Gehl, and Ald. Michalski.  Also present were:  City Attorney Lawrence Haskin, City Administrator Gerald Peterson, City Engineer/Acting Building Commissioner Michael Simmons, Finance Director Mark Wyss, Acting Fire Chief Thomas Rosandich, Community Development Director Douglas Seymour, City Public Health Officer Judith Price, Library Director Jill Lininger, City Treasurer  Barbara Guckenberger, Street Superintendent Michael Lampe, IT Director Caesar Geiger, and Acting City Clerk Christa Miller.
  2. The meeting began with the Pledge of Allegiance being said by all present.
  3. A presentation and discussion of the options for a future location of City Hall and Library was given by City Administrator Gerald Peterson, City Attorney Lawrence Haskin, Graef representative Larry Witzling, and Riley Construction representative Matt Price.

           Ald. Scaffidi moved to adjourn this meeting at 9:17 p.m.  On roll call, all voted aye.
