Personnel Committee Meeting

March 4, 2008 5:00 p.m.

Committee members present:  Mike Toman, Al Foeckler, Tom Michalski
Also Present:  Administrator Patrick DeGrave, Attorney Rob Buikema, Fire Chief Brian Satula, Finance Manager RoseAnn Underberg. 

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. by Chairman Toman. 

Item No. 2 – To consider a motion to convene in closed session pursuant to WI Stat 19.85(1)(c) to discuss impact bargaining with Local 1848 – Fire Department.

Item # 3 – To reconvene to open session and take action on any executive session issues.
