1. Discussion with the City Attorney regarding the possible nonrenewal/revocation of the Class B Beer and Class C Wine license application for the 2008-09 licensing year submitted by Kham Thammalangsy for Thai Tea, 8701 S. Howell Ave. and the process involved.
2. Application for Temporary Class B Beer license submitted by St. John’s Lutheran Church, 10302 S. 27^th St., for one day only, 10/4/08.
3. Original Class A Combination license application submitted by KMS Enterprise, Inc., Kimberly M. Smail, Agent, for Convenience Plus, 9110 S. Chicago Rd. (formerly Nitu & Bhu Enterprises, Inc., Roger Bodiwala, Agent, for Convenience Plus).
4. Application for Operator’s license submitted by the following:
