The Community Development Department works with other departments, boards, commissions, and businesses to retain, attract, and enhance investment in the community. Its goal is to ensure a stable or growing tax base along with job retention and creation to aid in the economic health of the City.

Oak Creek has six (6) major industrial parks:

• Liberty Woods Business Park
• College Park Business Center
• Oak Creek Commerce & Industrial Park
• Creekside Corporate Center
