About the Department

The community of Oak Creek has entrusted to the Police Department the authority and responsibility to serve the needs of the community while preserving peace and dignity and protecting the rights of all.

Department personnel are charged with protecting the lives and property of the citizens of Oak Creek and visitors to the community through progressively designed and executed programs of community service, crime prevention, and anti-crime education, as well as programs to identify and apprehend those who commit crimes.
