Physical Agility Test DescriptionPOSITION: Entry Level Police Officer This test will be given by members of the Oak Creek Police Department under the supervision of the Police and Fire Commission. On the day of the physical agility test, candidates will be required to sign a waiver of liability, which includes a validation that they have physically prepared themselves to participate in the test. A group tactical warm up with wellness check will be performed prior to the beginning of the test. The test administrator shall be notified immediately of any and all injuries that may occur during the test The Oak Creek Police Department Physical Agility Test consists of the following elements:
The candidate will begin from a standing position at the designated start line and traverse the following obstacles over the .14 mile obstacle course. All obstacles must be traversed in correct order. If a candidate cannot complete one of the obstacles, he/she fails. If a candidate falls off of an obstacle, he/she is required to go back to the start of the failed obstacle (not the start of the test) to continue the test. They cannot pick up at the point where they fell off the obstacle. Time to successfully complete the obstacle course is 2 minutes 35 seconds (subject to environmental conditions) Order of obstacles from start to finish will be as follows:
