MCTS Expands Service in Oak Creek

On Sunday, March 22, 2015 MCTS expands its service with a new route and a route extension - both aimed at assisting residents get to job hubs. The routes also enhance travel mobility for workers while helping improve air quality.

Route 80 (6th Street) in Oak Creek, will be extended south to provide regular all-day service for the first time from MATC South to Oak Creek. With this extension, Route 80 will serve Drexel Town Square and Meijers (both under construction), Woodman’s Market, Target, Kohl’s, and many other businesses and residences. Route 80 buses will operate daily from 5 am to 12 am.

Additionally, MCTS will expand service to Brown Deer. Schedules for both routes will be available for viewing on starting Thursday, March 12 and on buses starting Wednesday, March 18.
