A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0501(c)(2) which states that decks located adjacent to or attached to a principal structure shall not be closer to the lot line than the required side setback and rear setback for principal structures for the district in which they are located and Section 17.0307(f)(3) which states that there shall be a rear setback of not less than thirty (30) feet in the Rs-3 Single Family Residential District.

If granted, the variance would allow a sunroom to be built onto 1020 E. Fitzsimmons with a rear setback of 26 feet.
