A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0504(g)(1) which states that no wireless telecommunication site shall be located within 200 feet of an existing or proposed residence.

If granted, the variance would allow the attachment of antennas to the water reservoir tank which is approximately 20 feet away from an existing residence.
