A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0315(f)(2) which states that there shall be a side setback on each side of all principal buildings of not less than fifteen (15) feet and 17.0315(f)(3) which states that there shall be a rear setback of not less than twenty-five (25) feet.

If granted, the variance would allow the construction of a car wash building with a ten (10) foot side setback and a ten (10) foot rear setback.
