To Request:

A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0504(g)(1) which states that no wireless telecommunication site shall be located within 200 feet of an existing or proposed residence.

If granted, the variance would allow the an attachment of antennas to the water reservoir tank and the addition of a building at the base which is approximately 130 feet away from an existing residence.
