- PURPOSE:
- The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by Bielinski Homes to rezone the properties at 3010, 3080, 3110, 3260, 3330R, 3324, and 3400 E. Elm Road from Rs-3, Single Family Residential and A-1, Agricultural to Rs-2 (PUD), Single Family Residential Planned Unit Development.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for April 15, 2008 at 7:00 PM. This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
