NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider an amended Planned Unit Development (PUD) Ordinance for The Gathering Partners (Kathy Howlett-Despot) which would extend the time of compliance to begin construction.  The original PUD ordinance expired on June 6, 2007 because construction had not started.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for December 4, 2007 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
