BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by The Green Man Wood Services for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for a lumberyard/contractor’s yard with outdoor storage and outdoor storage of recreational vehicles, boats, and trailers for the properties at 9000 & 9100 S. Nicholson Road.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for November 6, 2007 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
