BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

PURPOSE:
The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Oak Creek Franklin Joint School District to rezone the property at 9160 S. Shepard Avenue and portions of 9150 and 9330 S. Shepard Avenue from Rs-3 & Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional.

All that part of Parcel 2 of Certified Survey Map No. 6912, recorded as Document No. 8007497, being a part of the Northeast, Southeast and Southwest Quarters of the Southeast Quarter of Section 21, Town 5 North, Range 22 East, City of Oak Creek, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, bounded and described as follows:

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for October 2, 2007 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
