To Request:

A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0706(i)(1), which states that shopping centers and multi-tenant buildings may provide one ground or pole sign. Both facilities may also provide one wall sign or one canopy sign for each business in the building.

If granted, the variance would allow Oak Creek Pediatrics to have two wall signs.  One set of channel lettering above their tenant space (existing) and one logo sign at the south entrance of their tenant space.
