BEFORE THE PLAN COMMISSION
A public hearing for a sign appeal will be held:
If granted, the variance would allow Continental Properties to add two (2) additional tenant panels to their existing sign. The area of the sign would be 218 square feet per side (436 overall).
The applicant is also requiring a variance from Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0707, which states that “Off premise signs, except official signs, are not permitted in any district.”
If granted the variance would allow Office Depot, Sherwin Willimans, and an additional tenant within the same building, yet on different parcels, to place tenant panels on the Kohl’s sign on the property at 9001 S. Howell Avenue.
All interested persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present.
