The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a request by James O’Malley (Ryan Road Self Storage) for an amendment to the conditional use permit allowing for the outdoor storage of no more than five (5) moving trucks, vans or trailers.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for April 2, 2007 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
