BEFORE THE OAK CREEK COMMON COUNCIL

The purpose of this public hearing is to consider a proposal by the Oak Creek-Franklin School District to rezone the property at 3521 E. Oakwood Road from Rs-2, Single Family Residential to I-1, Institutional.

The Northeast One-quarter (1/4) of the Northwest One-quarter (114) of Section Thirty-five (35), in Township Five (5) North, Range Twenty-two (22) East, in the City of Oak Creek, County of Milwaukee, State of Wisconsin, except that part described as follows, to-wit: Commencing at a point in the North line of said 1/4 Section, said point being on the dividing line of the Northeast and the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section also being 1306.20 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Section; running thence South 0°23’ East 470.20 feet to a point; running thence Easterly on a line parallel to the North line of said 1/4 Section, 15 feet to a point; running thence North 0°23’ West on a line 470.20 feet to a point on the North line of said 1/4 Section and running thence Westerly along the North line of said 1/4 Section 15 feet to the point of beginning.

The Common Council has scheduled other public hearings for February 6, 2007 at 7:00 PM.  This hearing may begin at 7:00 PM or as soon as possible following the conclusion of other public hearings.
