NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City of Oak Creek Common Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, January 29, 2007, at the City Hall located at 8640 South Howell Avenue in the City of Oak Creek to consider revocation of the conditional use permit granted to LePine Enterprises, Inc. for a contractor’s shop with outdoor storage for the properties at 9540-9578 S. Pennsylvania Avenue. The Common Council may also consider other remedies at this hearing.
Said conditional use permit affects real estate described as follows:

and

The Common Council may have scheduled other public hearings for January 29, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. This hearing may begin at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as is practicable, following the conclusion of other scheduled public hearings.
