BEFORE THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS
A public hearing for case 05-05 will be held:
A variance of Oak Creek Municipal Code, Section 17.0307(f)(1) which states that there shall be a minimum front set back of thirty (30) feet from the street right-of-way for the Rs-3 residential district.
If granted, the variance would allow the construction of an addition on the east side of the existing home of the existing home less than thirty (30) feet from the side yard facing a proposed street to the east.
All interested persons wishing to be heard are invited to be present.
