Minutes
February 19th, 2008
Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by President Dennis Havey on Tuesday, February 19th, 2008 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were Madeline Koenen, Sara Larsen, Pat Toman, Mike Toman and Karen Umbs.
Approve Minutes: Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Sara Larsen to approve the minutes of the January 9th, 2008 meeting. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Approve December 2007 and January, 2008 Bills: Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Pat Toman to approve the December, 2007 bills in the amount of $9,120.42 and the January 2008 bills in the amount of $7,509.80 On Roll Call all voted aye.
Adjournment: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Karen Umbs to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 p.m. On Roll Call all voted aye.
