2007 BOARD OF REVIEW

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 12, 2007

1. CALL MEETING TO ORDER

The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM.

Present were:
P. Groth, C. Kobb, B. Evans, T. Lewison, J. Wilinski and F. Haybeck. D. McNulty was excused.

Also present were:
Martin Kuehn, City Assessor, and Beverly A. Buretta, City Clerk

2. ASSESSOR’S REPORT

City Assessor Martin Kuehn gave a short presentation to the Board, which included reading into the record the Assessor’s Affidavit. He indicated that the City’s 2007 assessed values, not including Manufacturing property, were as follows:

Real Estate                   $2,951,301,500
Personal Property          $     98,546,120
Total:                            $3,049,847,260.

3. CONDUCT HEARINGS FOR OBJECTIONS TO PROPERTY VALUE ASSESSMENTS.

The Board conducted hearings on objections to property value assessments for the following:

The hearings concluded, and the Board recessed at 11:30 PM
