Civil Service Commission

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. 
2. Present were Jim Potter, John Przybyla, Brad Evans, and Marie Kreif.  Also in attendance were Street Superintendent Mike Lampe and Police Chief Thomas Bauer.
3. Review and approve minutes from previous meetings
• B. Evans, seconded by J. Przybyla, made a motion to approve the minutes of June 21, 2007.  All aye; motion carried.
4. Mike Lampe informed the Commission that there will be no change to the existing Equipment Operator job description and requested that a test from another local municipality be used rather than the state test which has been used in the past.  The Commissioners unanimously agreed to the request.
5. Chief Bauer provided numerous documents supporting the proposed revisions to the recruitment process for Emergency Services Dispatcher.  J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m.  B. Evans seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
