Library Board Meeting

August 14^th, 2007

Roll Call:

The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was called to order by President Dennis Havey on Tuesday, August 14^th, 2007 at 4:45 p.m. at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were Karen Umbs, Mike Toman, Pat Toman, Sara Larsen and Madeline Koenen. Paula Cseri was excused.

Approve Minutes:

Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the minutes of the June 11^th, 2007 meeting. On roll Call all voted aye.

Approve the June and July, 2007 Bills:

Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Pat Toman to approve the June, 2007 bills in the amount of $10,993.16 and the July, 2007 bills in the amount of $13,647.30. On Roll Call all voted aye.

Approve the Appointment of Theresa Grabowski as Library Children’s/Young Adult Aide II:

Motion was made by Sara Larsen, seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the appointment of Theresa Grabowski as Library Children’s/Young Adult Aide II. On Roll Call all voted aye.

Approve the Appointment of Terry Ditscheit as Library Public Services Aide III:

Motion was made by Sara Larsen, seconded by Pat Toman to approve the appointment of Terry Ditscheit as Library Public Services Aide III. On Roll Call all voted aye.

Adjournment:

Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Karen Umbs to adjourn the meeting at 5:40 p. m. On Roll Call all voted aye.
