Civil Service Commission

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. 
2. Present were Jim Potter, John Przybyla, Brad Evans, and Marie Kreif.  Also in attendance was Mike Lampe, Street Superintendent.
3. Review and approve minutes from previous meetings
• J. Przybyla, seconded by B. Evans, made a motion to approve the minutes of May 10, 2007.  All aye; motion carried.
4. The Commission entered executive session at 5:15 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to review test results for Water Treatment Plant Operator
5. The Commission reconvened into open session at 5:20 p.m.
• Of the 22 applicants invited to the test, 18 took the test.  Of those 18, five had scores of in the top 50 percentile on both the Bennett and Minnesota exams.  J. Przybyla, seconded by B. Evans, made a motion to pass along the names of those five individuals to the Utility for further consideration.
6. J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m.  B. Evans seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
