Civil Service Commission

1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. 
2. Present were Sharon Wiorek, John Przybyla, Brad Evans, and Marie Kreif.  Also in attendance was Patrick Francis, Plant Manager of the Oak Creek Water Utility.
3. Review and approve minutes from previous meetings
• B. Evans, seconded by S. Wiorek, made a motion to approve the minutes of 04/24/07, 01/04/07, 12/19/06, and 10/12/06.  All aye; motion carried.
4. Review applications for Water Treatment Plant Operator position
• Of the 22 applications received, all had indicated that they have a high school diploma or equivalent and a current valid Wisconsin driver license (although 2 did not list their license number).  All qualified applicants will be invited to a written test with Organization Development Consultants, the date of which is to be determined.  At least one Civil Service Commissioner will be in attendance to oversee the exam. 
5. J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:20 p.m.  B. Evans seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
