1. The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m. 
2. Present were James Potter, Sharon Wiorek, John Przybyla, Brad Evans, and Marie Kreif.  Also in attendance was Patrick Francis, Plant Manager of the Oak Creek Water Utility.
3. Discuss recruitment process for Water Treatment Plant Operator position
• There is currently one position vacant due to an operator moving to distribution.  Pat indicated that although an eligibility list was established on May 23, 2006, those applicants either accepted other jobs or are no longer interested in the position.  Pat added that the next DNR test will be in November.  An ad has been placed with a May 4 deadline.  All qualified applicants will be invited to a written test with Organization Development Consultants.  Applications will be reviewed by the Commission on May 10 at 5:00 p.m.
4. J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:18 p.m.  B. Evans seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
