CITY OF OAK CREEK AD HOC COMMITTEE ON
FACILITY SPACE NEEDS

Monday, February 19, 2007, 6:30 PM

1. This meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m.
• Present were Committee members: 
• Fred Siepert
• Ed Siira
• Isabel Haase
• Cal Nowak
• Mike O’Brien
• Frank Carini
• Staff present:
• Information Technology Manager Caesar Geiger
• Facility Maintenance Superintendent Dick Kulka
• City Librarian Ross Talis
• Personnel Specialist Marie Kreif
2. C. Nowak made a motion to approve the minutes of February 6.  I. Haase seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
3. Review information obtained on:
1. City Hall and Garage
2. Library
3. Fire Station #1

As follow-up to the last meeting, the Committee members reviewed the presentation materials that were distributed and made suggestions for modification.  An updated version was provided to each member at the start of this meeting.  The committee again reviewed the report and additional changes were suggested.  The committee members will again review the printed presentation and prepare to present their portion to Council.

A run-through of the presentation will be conducted at the next meeting, which will be Tuesday, March 6^th, with the final presentation to Council expected to take place on March 20^th.

4. E. Siira, seconded by F. Carini, moved to adjourn the meeting at 7:25 p.m.  All voted aye.

The next meeting will be March 6.
