Personnel Committee Meeting

February 9, 2007 4:00 p.m.

Committee members present:  Ann Lampe, Tom Michalski – M. Toman absent

Also Present:  Patrick DeGrave, Administrator -  Judy Price, Public Health Director, Mr. Wally Kopplin, Board of Health and Ms. Sandy Schneider, Board of Health.

The meeting was called to order at 4:15 p.m.

Item No. 2 – Minutes from the February 6, 2007 meeting

Hold until Toman can vote

Item No. 3 –  To convene to closed session to discuss the hiring and compensation for the new Sanitarian position.
