Personnel Committee Meeting

February 6, 2007 6:15 p.m.

Committee members present:  Ann Lampe, Mike Toman, Tom Michalski

Also Present:  Patrick DeGrave, Administrator -  Judy Price, Public Health Director, Mr. Wally Kopplin, Board of Health and Ms. Sandy Schneider, Board of Health.

The meeting was called to order at 6:17 p.m.

Item No. 2 – Minutes from the January 23, 2007 meeting

Item No. 3 – Tuition reimbursement requests

Motion to approve request from Peter Olson for three classes - M. Toman

Item No. 4 – Review draft policy for Tuition Reimbursement for Non-Union Personnel

The Committee reviewed a draft policy for tuition reimbursement for non-union personnel (document dated 1-23-07).   After some discussion the Committee asked that the draft policy be shared with department managers and their feedback and suggestions be summarized for future Committee discussion.

Item No. 5  –  To convene to closed session at 6:19 p.m. under the terms of Statute 19.85(1)(c) .
