Personnel Committee Meeting

Also Present:  Administrator Patrick DeGrave, Finance Manager RoseAnn Underberg, and Police Chief Tom Bauer.

The meeting was called to order at 3:30 p.m. by Chairman Toman. 

Item No. 2 – Review minutes from November 27, 2007.

Motion to approve Cpt. Bolender request for Graduate Degree reimbursement for 2007 as submitted (5288.00 75% of request, per policy) - Toman

Motion to authorize the city administrator to enter into a Side Letter of Agreement with the Police Union that will modify the language in Article 11 – vacations – as it relates to carry over into the future year when new vacation is earned at year-end. - Michalski
