Roll Call: The meeting of the Oak Creek Public Library Board was celled to order by President Dennis Havey on Tuesday, November 13, 2007 at the library. Those in attendance in addition to Havey were Karen Umbs, Pat Toman and Madeline Koenen. Mike Toman, Sara Larsen and Paula Cseri were excused.
Approver Minutes: Motion was made by Pat Toman, seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the minutes of the October 9 meeting. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Approve October, 2007 Bills: Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Madeline Koenen to approve the October bills in the amount of $9,838.14. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Convene Into Executive Session: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Pat Toman to convene into executive session pursuant to: Wisconsin Statues 19.85 (1) ( c ) to discuss exempt and non-exempt employee status at 4:51 p.m. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Re-Convene Into Open Session: Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Pat Toman to re-convene into open session at 4:55 p.m. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Exempt and Non-Exempt Employees: Motion was made by Madeline Koenen, seconded by Karen Umbs to approve the status of the City Librarian, Assistant City Librarian, Children’s/Young Adult Librarian and Reference Librarian as exempt and the status of the Library Services Assistant as non-exempt. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Expired Records: Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Pat Toman to delete all expired patron records that have not been used prior to January 1, 2006. On Roll Call all voted aye.
Adjournment: Motion was made by Karen Umbs, seconded by Madeline Koenen to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 p.m. On Roll Call all voted aye.
