10/15/07 AND 10/16/07
Monday, 10/15/07:
The meeting began at 12:00 PM. On roll call, the following aldermen were present:
Aldermen Kopplin, Foeckler, Verhalen, Toman, Grabowski & Michalski. Also present were: Mayor Bolender, City Administrator Pat DeGrave, City Clerk Beverly Buretta, and Finance Manager Roseann Underberg. Department Managers were called in for the discussion as needed. The meeting adjourned at 7:10 PM
Tuesday, 10/16/07:
The meeting began at 8:30 AM. On roll call, the following aldermen were present:

Also present were: Mayor Bolender, City Administrator Pat DeGrave, City Clerk Beverly Buretta, and Finance Manager Roseann Underberg. Department Managers were called in for the discussion as needed. The meeting adjourned at 2:20 PM.
The Mayor and Council members reviewed and discussed the budget document in its entirety. This budget discussion included a review of the transmittal letter, the summary of changes from 2007, the updated 2007 Goals & Objectives and the 2008 Goals & Objectives for each fund and department, and the budget request and detail for each fund and department. It was the consensus of the group to submit the budget detail for publication and schedule the budget public hearing for Monday, Nov. 19, 2007 at 7:00 PM.
