Item 2. Review and approve minutes from previous meetings
Alderman Lampe made a motion to approve the minutes of September 14, 2006. Alderman Toman seconded the motion. All aye; motion carried.
Item 3. Discuss the promotion process for Fire Department employees and consider modifications to job descriptions (Lieutenants and Captains)

Item 4. Discussion on reorganization of Fire Department staff

Item 5. Alderman Lampe made a motion to convene to executive session at 6:05 p.m. under Statutory authority 19.85(1)(c) and (e) to:
