SENATOR JEFF PLALE AND REPRESENTATIVE MARK HONADEL TO BE INVITED TO ATTEND FUTURE COUNCIL MEETING.

Grabowski, moved to express the City’s concerns to the state legislators representing the City of Oak Creek about recent legislative actions regarding impact fees; and authorize the City Administrator and City Clerk to provide prompt communication to legislators on behalf of the City when pending legislation could be detrimental to the City. RYAN RD. (POLICE STATION), AND PLACEMENT OF COMMUNICATION ANTENNAS ON SAID MONOPOLE.

Council action to authorize the Mayor and City Clerk to enter into a lease agreement with United States Cellular Operating Company LLC, doing business as US Cellular, for the construction of a 150-foot cell tower at 301 W. Ryan Rd. (police station), and the placement of communication antennas on said monopole was directed held.

Ald. Lampe called for a division of the question. Ald. Grabowski, seconded by Ald. Michalski, moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2413, repealing Ordinance No. 387, an ordinance prohibiting parking on either side of certain streets in the Northbranch Industrial Park (adopted 9/2/69), and authorizing the installation of no parking signs through the Northbranch Industrial Park, except from 7616 to7815 S. 6^th St. On roll call, the vote was as follows: Ald. Kopplin, no; Ald. Foeckler, no; Ald. Lampe, no; Ald. Toman, aye; Ald. Grabowski, no; and Ald. Michalski, aye. Motion failed.

Ald. Toman, seconded by Ald. Michalski, moved to adopt Ordinance No. 2413, repealing Ordinance No. 387, an ordinance prohibiting parking on either side of certain streets in the Northbranch Industrial Park, to authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs from 7616 to 7815 S. 6^th St., except during Little League events; to authorize the installation of “No Parking” signs elsewhere in the Northbranch Industrial Park, and to direct the City Administrator, in conjunction with the City attorney, to investigate the lease with the Little League and the possibility of requiring the Little League to pave their parking lot. Grabowski, moved to adopt Resolution No. 10642-060606, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with Foran Spice Company, Inc., for their proposed addition at 7616 S. 6^th St. On roll call, the vote was as follows: Ald. Grabowski, moved to adopt Resolution No. 10641-060606, approving a storm water management practices maintenance agreement with Anthony Sanfelippo for the proposed Kender Lane certified survey map. 29. COUNCIL AUTHORIZES SETTLEMENT WITH GONIS REAL ETATE LTD. PARTNERSHIP FOR PARCELS AT 27^TH ST. AND RAWSON AVE.

Ald. Foeckler, seconded by Ald. Grabowski, moved to authorize a settlement with Gonis Real Estate Ltd. Partnership for parcels at 27^th St. and Rawson Ave., for an aggregate assessed value to be set at $2 million for the 2004 through 2006 assessment years (as it relates to the lawsuits pending in Milwaukee County Circuit Court relating to claims for excessive assessments for the 2004 assessment). On roll call, the vote was as follows: Ald. Kopplin, aye; Ald. Foeckler, aye; Ald. Lampe, aye; Ald. Toman, aye; Ald. Grabowski, aye; and Ald. Michalski, aye.
