  1. The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. 
  2. Present were James Potter, John Przybyla, Sharon Wiorek, and Marie Kreif.
  3. S. Wiorek made a motion to approve the minutes of May 18, May 11, April 27 and January 12.  B. Evans seconded the motion.  All aye; motion passed.
  4. The Committee entered executive session at 5:17 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to review test scores for Water Treatment Plant Operator.
  5. The Commission reconvened into open session at 5:25 p.m. and took the following actions:
    1. Of the 17 applicants that were invited, 15 took the test on May 17.  Based on the recommendations of Nick Claditis of ODC, only those candidates who scored at who scored within the top 50th percentile each of the exams (not an average of 50 or greater) was considered passing, resulting in a list of 6.  B. Evans made a motion to provide the six names to the Water Utility for further consideration.  S. Wiorek seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
  6. S. Wiorek made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:25 p.m. Chairman Potter seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
