1. The meeting was called to order at 5:15 p.m. 
2. Present were James Potter, John Przybyla, Sharon Wiorek, and Marie Pellett.  Also present was Inspection Supervisor Dan Nowak.
3. J. Przybyla, seconded by S. Wiorek, moved to convene into Executive Session pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) at 5:30 p.m. to interview candidates for Plumbing/Building Inspector.  All voted aye; motion carried.
4. S. Wiorek, seconded by J. Przybyla, moved to reconvene into Open Session at
5. J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:00 p.m. J. Potter seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
