The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. Committee members present were Alderman Toman and Alderman Lampe. Also present were City Administrator Patrick DeGrave, Police Captain Warren Endtoff and Fire Chief Brian Satula.
Item # 2. Request for tuition reimbursement from fire fighter Biggart for a course in Western Civilization as required to complete a college degree.
Motion to approve request by Alderman Toman
Second by Alderperson Lampe
Motion carried.
Item # 3. Permission to replace a fire fighter who resigned to accept a position in a neighboring community and a police detective who retired.
Motion by Alderman Toman to approve replacing both positions.
Second by Alderperson Lampe.
Motion carried
Item # 4. No motion to convene to closed session. No further discussion necessary relative to the non-represented salary ordinance scheduled for Council action at 7:00 p.m.
Alderperson Lampe motioned to adjourn the meeting at 6:50 p.m.
Alderman Toman seconded.
Motion carried.
