Personnel Committee Meeting Minutes

The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.  Committee members present were Alderman Toman and Alderman Lampe.  Also present were City Administrator Patrick DeGrave and Finance Manager RoseAnn Underberg.

Item 2.  Alderman Lampe made a motion to enter Executive Session at 5:00 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes Section 19.85(1)(c) for:

1. Discuss and recommend salary ordinance related to the position of Fire Chief

Alderman Toman seconded the motion.  On roll call:  Alderman Toman aye, Alderman Kopplin aye.

Item 3.  Alderman Toman, seconded by Alderman Lampe, made a motion to reconvene into Open Session at 5:35 p.m.  Alderman Toman aye, Alderman Lampe aye.

Motion carried. 

1. Alderman Toman made the motion to recommend establishing a salary for the Fire Chief of $86,000 effective Monday, February 20, 2006.  Alderman Lampe seconded the motion.

Alderman Toman made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 5:35 p.m.  Alderman Lampe seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
