1. The meeting was called to order at 5:50 p.m. 
2. Present were Chairman Jim Potter, John Przybyla, and Marie Kreif.  Fred Fairbanks, Jr. of the Water Utility was also present for the interviews.
3. The Commission entered executive session at 5:50 p.m. pursuant to Wisconsin State Statutes, Section 19.85(1)(c) to conduct interviews for Utility Service Worker.
4. The Commission reconvened into open session at 8:35 p.m.
• Of the ten applicants interviewed, five will be passed on to the Utility for further consideration.
5. J. Przybyla made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:35 p.m.  J. Potter seconded the motion.  All aye; motion carried.
