The group focused their discussion on how to organize the information they’ve obtained over the past few months and how to best present it to the Council. Starting with an Intro Statement, the group wants to explain how the task was assigned by the Mayor and why the committee members were chosen. Following would be a brief discussion on how the research was done and the results with photos and cost estimates for repair/expansion and replacement. Included in the discussion will be limitations with the current situation along with a history of the buildings and increases in population. The group will then discuss their proposal based on current operations and projected population estimates.
The next meeting will be Tuesday, December 19.
